Ivan Liptuha: Only 12% of tour operators in Ukraine meet license terms

Only 12% of tour operators in Ukraine meet license criteria, head of the tourism and resorts department at Economic Development and Trade Ministry Ivan Liptuha has stated.
“There are 301 tour operators in Ukraine that meet license terms in full. At first glance, it’s quite a lot. But in fact, this number is too small, as there are a total of 2,559 tour operators in the country. Moreover, their total number is growing: 125 licenses were issued over the last year,” he said.
