Ukraine's National Committee for Industrial Development established by government

The Ukrainian government has created the National Committee for Industrial Development expected to promote effective industrial development.

This is reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry reports.

“On October 11, 2016, the Ukrainian government established the National Committee for Industrial Development, a consultative and advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for industrial development issues,” the report states.

According to Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, establishing the National Committee for Industrial Development will allow for developing Ukraine's industry more effectively and strengthening the country's national economy.

Ukrainian First Vice Prime Minister-Economic Development and Trade Minister Stepan Kubiv also added that economic growth acceleration requires intensified modernization of Ukraine's manufacturing industry, which includes innovative development of Ukrainian enterprises.
