NBU to create Center for cyber security in banking system

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) will create a special center to respond to incidents of cyber security in the banking system of Ukraine.
This decision has been approved at a round-table meeting dedicated to the issues of cyber security in the banking system, the NBU press service reports.
“Representatives of the National Bank represented to those present at the meeting the NBU’s draft project on the creation of the center to respond to incidents of cyber security in Ukraine's banking system and payment sector, and the information portal of the center will ensure rapid and reliable coordination of actions among Ukrainian banks, law enforcement agencies and teams to respond to incidents in the cyber security of Ukraine,” reads the report.
