Government sets the level of minimum wage for 2017

The minimum wage as of December 2016 will total UAH 1,600, and as of December 2017 – UAH 1,762.
“As of December 1, 2016 we will have a minimum salary and subsistence wage at the level of UAH 1,600, and as of December 1, 2017 - UAH 1,762 ,”Groysman said.
He noted that if Government sees more opportunities to increase social standards, then "we will take more steps to give more money to people."
