NBU: Balance of payments surplus cut to $110 mln

In July 2016, Ukraine's consolidated balance of payments surplus has reduced to $110 million in contrast to the same period of 2015, the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reports.
“The surplus of Ukraine's consolidated balance of payments came to $110 million (it was $438 million in July 2015),” the report states.
According to the NBU, the current account deficit was $354 million in July 2016 (the current account surplus was $37 million in July 2015). In general, the deficit came to $538 million, or 1.1% of GDP, in January-July 2016 (the deficit was $77 million, or 0.2% of GDP, during the same period of 2015).
