Government allocates UAH 450 million to State Television Committee for holding Eurovision 2017

The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 450 million to the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting from the reserve fund for holding the Eurovision Song Contest 2017.
The decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting on Monday, according to Radio Liberty.
"To allocate UAH 450 million to the State Committee from the reserve fund of the state budget for funding preparatory events necessary for holding Eurovision 2017 in Ukraine," reads a statement.
