Ukrainian PM Groysman: Ukrzaliznytsia has to change and provide quality services

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman believes that appointment of the new management of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" Ukrainian Railways, will help change the company and provide citizens with quality services.
The Prime Minister posted this on his Facebook page
"Now Ukrzaliznytsia has to change and provide citizens with high-quality and comfortable transportation, earning money not for someone else's gains, but for its modernization," he wrote.
Groysman recalled that one of the first decisions of the new government had been appointment of Wojciech Balczun as the head of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia". “He has already drafted his vision of Ukrzaliznytsia reform plan and presented it to the Infrastructure Ministry," the Prime Minister noted.
