Deputy Head of Ukrainian Presidential Administration: Canada much interested in Ukrainian innovations

Dmytro Shymkiv, the Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, said this to an Ukrinform correspondent following the Canada-Ukraine Business Forum.

"Canadian partners show great interest in Ukrainian innovations," said Shymkiv, who participated in the IT industry panel and a number of bilateral and multilateral meetings.

He noted that the Forum gave an opportunity for Canadian officials and entrepreneurs to get acquainted with Ukrainian field of innovation. "The event allowed Canada to focus attention on possible cooperation in field of innovations with Ukraine. We demonstrated the possibilities of Ukrainian IT companies and showed the real product made in Ukraine," the Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine said.
