President Poroshenko simplified procedure for attracting foreign investments

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a law to ease the procedure for attracting foreign investments to Ukraine’s economy, the president’s press service reports.
“President Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on amending some Ukraine’s legislative acts on the obligatory state registration of foreign investments, which was approved by the Verkhovna Rada on May 31, 2016,” reads a report.
Thus, the law provides for the creation of more favorable conditions for attracting investments via easing the procedure for their attraction. These amendments will bring the Ukrainian legislation closer to the EU standards and promote the revival of the Ukrainian economy.
