Government backs creation of mobile groups to combat smuggling

The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has supported the creation of mobile groups to fight against illegal transportation of smuggled goods across the border.
The relevant decision was approved at today's sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Earlier, Roman Nasirov, Head of the State Fiscal Service, stated that 20 mobile interdepartmental groups would be created to fight against smuggling. It was planned that these groups would operate mostly on the Ukrainian western border, as well as in Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions.
