War is not obstacle to economic development - Groysman

Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Volodymyr Groysman is convinced that the war is not an obstacle to Ukraine's economic development and has urged the Parliament and the Government to jointly elaborate the short-term and medium-term strategy.
He said this while delivering speech in the Parliament, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"I do not consider the war to be an obstacle to the restoration of economic growth as there are countries that have demonstrated successful development amidst the ongoing conflict. Unfortunately, the model of economic development of Ukraine has not been presented yet. I believe there are no excuses for further living in uncertainty and economic chaos," Groysman said.
In this regard, he urged the MPs and the Government to elaborate the short-term and medium-term economic strategy as soon as possible.
