Ukrenergo starts repairing downed pylons of power lines in Kherson region
The press service of Ukrenergo reports.
"The first stage of negotiations between the protesters backing the blockade of Crimea and State-run Ukrenergo company has come to an end. According to the reached agreements, repairs began on the 220 kV power line Kakhovska-Tytan," a statement said.
It is reported that this morning the crew from the Kherson southern power lines from Ukrenergo arrived on the scene of a downed pylon. The workers are clearing the site, removing the destroyed pylon and preparing to erect a new pylon. A hole has already been drilled to set it up.
Ukrenergo reports that pylon construction and installation of power lines and works on adjacent pylons that bended as a result of cutting lines by protesters are scheduled for tomorrow, November 25. Straightening of pylons is planned for November 26.
