Ukraine resumes gas imports from Poland

Ukrinform
Ukraine has resumed natural gas imports through Polish gas transmission corridor. Thus, gas is currently delivered via four directions.

Spokesperson of Ukraine's gas transmission system operator Ukrtransgaz Maksym Beliavsky said this to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"This morning a request has been received for gas imports from Poland in the amount of 0.3 million cubic meters," he said.

However, according to Beliavsky, there are no actual deliveries from Poland as the requested volume is too little.

As a reminder, Ukraine also receives gas from the Slovak, Hungarian and Russian directions. As of October 13, 16.1 million cubic meters of gas is daily supplied through Slovakia, 0.8 million cubic meters are daily supplied through Hungary.
