The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and "Naftogaz of Ukraine" has not signed a loan agreement worth USD 300 million for European gas purchase by Ukraine for the current heating season.
An Ukrinform corresponded learned from the EBRD.
"The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is ready to allocate funds, but the agreement has not been signed yet. Why? We should ask the Ukrainian party," the source said.
