Tymoshenko reproached for increase of gas price

Committee’s Head Dmytro Vovk has said this at a round table meeting, Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“In 2014, when the Revolution won, the state leadership started a Eurointegration policy. The Eurointegration policy means that regulations of the EU directives in the energy sphere must be observed. Among them, there are demands to bring own legislation in compliance with the regulations of the third energy package. To fulfil this, a coalition agreement was drafted. It includes the part entitled “Reforms of the energy sphere and energy independence,” Vovk said.

“Clause two, under which all of the coalition members signed, concerned the termination of cross financing and price adjustment, and electric energy. This had to be concerned all of the consumers in 2015-1017,” the chairman of the national commission said.
