Kyiv presents central office for servicing large taxpayers

. Kyiv has presented the Central Office to service large taxpayers, the press office of the State Tax Service of Ukraine told UKRINFORM.

"We take large taxpayers as our customers who need the best tax services. For this reason, the creation of the Central Office for their servicing is one of the most important conditions for a radical reform of tax administration," STS Chairman Oleksandr Klymenko said.

According to him, to date, large taxpayers provide more than 64% of total budget revenue. And those are budget-forming enterprises that require highly professional support of a separate unit, which would embody the most rational and effective approaches and technologies.

The Office will employ the best specialists of the tax service, as well as graduates of specialized higher educational establishments of Ukraine.

In addition, specialized state tax authorities in the cities of Simferopol, Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvy Rih, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Odesa and Kharkiv will be subordinated to the Central Office.

Next year the reorganization will involve special authorities in the cities of Kryvy Rih, Mykolaiv and Simferopol. For the convenience, those cities will have service centers, where taxpayers would be able to submit statements, receive expert advice and approvals.
