Militants launch 40 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, the militants shelled Ukrainian positions near Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), using 152mm and 122mm artillery. In addition, the terrorists used mortars to fire at Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), and Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, the enemy used 122mm artillery to shell Troitske (69km west of Luhansk) and mortars to shell Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk), Zolote (67km north-east of Luhansk), Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Orikhove (75km north of Luhansk).

 In Donetsk direction, Ukrainian servicepersons came under grenade launcher and small arms fire near Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk).
