Over 150,000 servicepersons signed contracts with Ukrainian army

As of today, 109,000 enlisted soldiers and 47,500 officers have concluded contracts for military service with the Ukrainian Army.
Spokesperson for the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Dmytro Hutsuliak said this at a press briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“At present 109,000 enlisted soldiers and 47,500 officers have signed contracts for military service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” he said.
According to the spokesperson, the Defense Ministry continues carrying out professional development of the Ukrainian Armed Forces by increasing a number of contract servicepersons and reducing a number of conscript soldiers.
