State Border Guard Service: Two Ukrainians freed from captivity

Two people held by militants are now free after they passed through the Zaitseve entry-exit checkpoint from uncontrolled territory in Donetsk region.

This is reported by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

"Two people, who had been held in militant captivity, passed through Zaitseve entry-exit checkpoint from the uncontrolled territory in Donetsk region yesterday," the statement reads.

The Ukrainians were met by representatives of the Joint Center for Coordination of Search, Release of Illegally Detained Persons, Hostages and Establishing the Whereabouts of Missing Persons in the ATO Area and the media, the press service noted.
