President Poroshenko: We do everything to avoid new waves of mobilization

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that the Ukrainian authorities are doing everything possible to avoid subsequent waves of mobilization, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Speaking at a solemn event dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Antonov State Company, he said "we are doing everything possible to avoid further waves of mobilization. Why? Because we have significantly raised the sum of the money allowance paid to a Ukrainian soldier,” the President said.
In addition, according to President Poroshenko, 30,000 servicemen have already applied to conclude the contract for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
