Militants violate ceasefire 39 times in ATO area

"Since 18:00, the militants have used small arms and grenade launchers to launch eight attacks on the ATO positions near Marinka [35 km south-west of Donetsk]," reads the statement.

In addition, the enemy continued shelling Ukrainian troops outside Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), south of Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk). The anti-aircraft mounts and 82mm mortars were used to fire on Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk).

The militants also used 82mm mortars to shell the ATO positions in Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk).

In general, the pro-Russian hybrid military formations violated ceasefire 39 times over past 24 hours.

Since midnight, the militants have already violated the ceasefire six times. All the cases were recorded near Pisky, Opytne, and Avdiyivka, where the enemy used small arms, heavy machine guns, and grenade launchers.
