Right Sector ends blockade of Crimea

The Right Sector movement has ended its “Blockade of Crimea” operation and sent military units to reinforce soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces along the demarcation line with the occupied Crimea.
Reads a statement posted on the website of Right Sector.
“Following a reaction of the Russian Federation to the results of the Blockade of Crimea protest event, we see a concentration of large amount of military equipment and human resources near checkpoints of Ukrainian servicemen and activists of the Crimean blockade. Under such circumstances, Right Sector ends its work on the blockade in the framework of the Crimean Maidan, but our military subdivisions will be sent to strengthen servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces defending the Ukrainian border along the demarcation line with occupied Crimea,” reads the statement.
