Intelligence service reports on presence of Russian tanks and weapons in Donbas

Observers from the OSCE Special Monitoring Missions have been informed that Russian tanks, artillery systems over 100mm caliber (SAU) and 122mm caliber (Grad) are still in the areas of Stakhanov, Alchevsk, Debaltseve, Dokuchaevsk and Molodizhne.
The main department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported.
“The OSCE has been informed on violations of the Minsk agreements by the enemy. The information has been reported to the Mission’s representatives on the presence of tanks, artillery systems over 100mm caliber (SAU) and 122mm caliber (Grad) in the areas of Stakhanov, Alchevsk, Debaltseve, Dokuchaevsk and Molodizhne,” reads the report.
