Intelligence uncovers 'Russian Goebbels' spreading lies throughout Ukraine

The Russian General Staff has created a directorate of informational warfare in order to improve the information war against Ukraine .
It became part of the regional Center of Southern Military District of Russia - the organization that provides direct oversight of the Russian occupation troops in Donbas.
The website of military intelligence at the Defense Ministry of Ukraine reports.
"To improve the efficiency of informational war against Ukraine the leadership of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces as part of its regional Center of Southern Military District of Russia has formed the directorate on informational warfare. Head of the directorate is Colonel Karpov Konstantin Leonidovich," a statement said.
Ukraine military intelligence also published the organizational and staffing structure of the Russian propaganda directorate and its strategic objectives.
