The reports of the OSCE SMM and JCCC were presented during the video conference of the Trilateral Contact Group.

Spokesperson for Leonid Kuchma, Ukraine’s representative in the Group, Darka Olifer reported on the Skype meeting results on Facebook.

"The Ukrainian side has once again confirmed that it fully met the obligations and withdrew the weapons with caliber of less than 100 mm. The OSCE SMM and JCCC representatives note in their reports a sharp increase in the number of attacks and incidents of ceasefire violations over the past ten days," she posted.

It was also noted that the OSCE representatives should be given access to the part of the Ukrainian-Russian border, not controlled by Ukraine. Moreover, "it is necessary in the near future to increase the number of technical support for control, used by the SMM monitors, particularly the drones and video surveillance devices."

"The process of liberation of illegally detained persons in the ‘all for all’ format should be intensified as soon as possible. This process should be completed by the end of 2015," Olifer posted.
