Russia prepares offensive in Donbas – Ukraine’s intelligence

The Ukrainian intelligence claims that the terrorists prepare the offensive in Donbas with the help of the military experts from Russia.
Head of main intelligence department of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine Vadym Skybytsky said this on the air of a Ukrainian TV channel, DT.UA reports.
"We have recorded several signs showing the preparation for the offensive action. I will say even more. The military commanders of different ranks, for example from the General Staff, the 12th reserve command of the Russian Armed Forces, are always present there," Skybytsky said.
