Soldiers to start withdraw mortars on November 5 - Lysenko

The withdrawal of mortars with caliber under 120mm in Donbas is to be launched on November 5.
Presidential Administration Spokesman for anti-terrorist operation (ATO) issues, Colonel Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Starting from November 5, the withdrawal of mortars with caliber under 120 mm in Donetsk region will begin, which is expected to be completed on November 8,” Lysenko said.
The spokesman noted that yesterday the Ukrainian side had fully withdrawn guns with below 100 mm caliber in Donetsk region at an agreed distance of 15 km from the demarcation line.
Today, the OSCE officials begin to verify the withdrawn guns with the earlier compiled lists. The process of verification of artillery systems will last for another 2 days, Lysenko added.
