“OSCE SMM to Ukraine remains civilian mission, its tasks and number of monitors will vary depending on the situation,” reads the tweet.
As reported, the OSCE Secretary General complained that the international organizations, the OSCE in particular, could not get to the border with Russia and did not rule out the extension of the Minsk Agreements after 2015.
