Kidnapping of Ukrzaliznytsia’s senior manager recorded by street camera - media

Street cameras have recorded a vehicle in which the kidnappers fled from the scene when they kidnapped chief of electricity department of state-owned Ukrzaliznytsia rail operator Valery Lyudmyrsky, a source in law enforcement office told Obozrevatel site.
"In particular, the street camera installed at one of the residential houses on Kudryashova street recorded the moment when the car driven by the suspects was driving by," the site has reported.
Recall that senior manager Lyudmyrsky was kidnapped on July 18 evening near his home when he was walking his dog.
