The Russian servicemen suspects Alexander Alexandrov and Evgeny Erofeyev can’t be extradited to Russia or their exchange for Ukrainian citizens whatsoever prior to their sentencing in court.

Chief military prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoliy Matios told Hromadske TV  channel.

"Any political issue in terms of their serving the sentence in accordance with the Ukrainian court’s verdict can be discussed after the verdict comes into effect. No one can decide to extradite them to the territory of another country. They are under arrest. The court trial has begun, and the sooner it ends, the faster the verdict will be made," he said.

Thus, according to Matios, the position of public prosecutor is based on evidence materials.
